Body language should not be taken out of context, nor can it be interpeted as always meaning the same thing. In other words a wink can indicate insincerity in some situations, but not in all and definitely not for all people.

Reply:Rubbing of the palms can mean different things. It can mean that a person is anticipating making some kind of gain through trickery or cunning. Rubbing the palms in this case is an effort to remove the sweat from the hands.This kind of person is known as a FOREFLUSHER. It also could just mean that the hands are cold or sweaty.
