His next moves could be to ask you verbally how you are doing or somewhere along those lines. If you already know this guy, you can start talking to him by saying hi and asking about something simple, related to work, school or something similar. The point is to increase the interaction to a higher level each time. Maybe a quick for the first time, and bit more lengthy one the next. This is all, of course, if you like him too.
