im 21 right now %26amp; where i usualy do my shopping i see this guy iv seeen him many times but few times he winks at me dont really know what that means.

Reply:my friend is happily married has been for 20 years and he winks at me,some strangers wink at me ,i realy think some people are winkers .its a friendly thing like a wave or a smile.its that simple.if you fancy the person it can be flirtatious.it is nice to be winked at but i wouldnt read to much into it.
