Well your question is too broad, you didn't mention for what precisely. That would help out the most in the search but other than that you could just try google with quotes something like "Mac emoticons" though I don't see how an emoticon would differ from a windows machine to a mac, linux or unix machine. They're all over the place, most of them are .gif. Though if you're looking for those bloody little toolbars, I'd say most are spyware/adware and harmful for your computer. Yahoo, Google, MSN, Ask are the trusted ones mainly. Aside from that you could just use html in your e-mails if that's what you're looking for and just use some sort of image host like imageshack.us or photobucket to host that emote and do the html %26lt;img src="http://www.linktosmiley.com"%26gt; and there you go, simple as that.

In all technicalities a Mac is a PC. PC = Personal Computer. That includes Windows, Mac, Linux and Unix. The only reason they call it a PC in those Mac vs PC commercials is because they can't necessarily use the name "Windows" or else Microsoft would more than likely sue.
